Important: All transfer charges and bank fees are the responsibility of the participant. A copy of the bank receipt must be sent by fax or e-mail.
Credit Card expenses of 2% (over
the total amount) are fully payed by
the participant.
Terms and Conditions
- Administration Fee of 10€ not included in prices.
(Per Reservation)
- Prices in Euros per Room per Night, including Breakfast and Taxes.
- Advance reservation is required. Prices and rooms availability are guaranteed
until 15 September 2010.
- Reservations received from 16
September are subject to room availability and rates.
- Rates are valid for period 05 to
09 October 2010.
- Reservation is guaranteed upon full payment made to Mundiclasse Viagens.
Cancellation / No Show Policy:
- Cancellations without charge can be made until
60 days of arrival;
- Within 59-31 days, a penalty between 25% to 50% can be charged (depending policy hotel required);
- Within 29-16 days, a penalty between
75% to 95% can be charged (depending policy hotel required);
- Cancellations within 15 days
before arrival and no-show are non refundable.
Note: The Administration Fee of 10€ is non-refundable
